The Hall has a small PA and mics suitable for speeches and presentations. The fee for use is $60. Will you require the use of this equipment? *

The hall has a small projector and free standing screen suitable for presentations. Fee for use is $60. Will you require the use of this equipment? *

The hall has also a larger projector up on the front bar which shines onto the back wall of the stage? It is old and does not provide a sharp enough picture for a feature film, but is suitable for background images and some presentations. Will you require the use of this equipment? *

If unsure, please explain the nature of the event so that the coordinator can assist you via email with your equipment needs.

If your event is a feature film screening then you need to hire an outside contractor with suitable projection equipment to screen the film. Contact details can be obtained from the hall Coordinator.

Other information



The hall has currently 7 trestle tables with plain beige table cloths in house. Extra tables must be hired from Mullum Hire at hirers expense. Please indicate number of extra tables required.*
